Registration Counter
Participants are to proceed to the registration counter (2nd counter) to sign the attendance sheet and collect the goody bag
Payment Counter
Participants are required to bring proof of participation fee payment, student ID (if necessary), and also the acceptance letter before a receipt is issued
Food Counter
Participants will then proceed to the 3rd counter that is the food counter. Only two (2) complimentary meals are provided for each group
Exhibition Booth
Participants will finally proceed to their designated exhibition booths before INDES2016 officiates
Registration Counter
Participants are required to sign the attendance sheet

Participants will proceed to the said venue for the closing and prize giving ceremony
