The 5th International Innovation, Invention, and Design (INDES 2016) with the theme "Inspire the Future" was held on the 9th and 10th of November 2016. 150 groups participated in this event ranging from lecturers, students, researchers, industry and also the general public. This programme also served as a platform for young researchers, inventors, and innovators to portray their products of commercial value. Apart from that, the creation of products that may ease the different-abled people (OKU) and also that supports the green/sustainable agenda were also showcased.
